Key responsibilities:1. Social Media Marketing: Design and publish high-quality posts, reels, and stories across platforms (primarily Instagram)
2. Develop visually compelling content using expert-level graphic design skills
3. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
4. Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries on Instagram
5. Foster community engagement and build brand loyalty
6. Email Marketing, Plan and execute targeted email campaigns
7. Design visually appealing email templates and track campaign performance
8. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract and onboard new customers
9. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
