Digicue Digital is a boutique digital agency based. We help small to mid-sized businesses grow their online presence through smart SEO, performance-driven advertising, web design, and email marketing. We’re now expanding our team and looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join us remotely from India.As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing digital campaigns across SEO, Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok), and Email Marketing. You’ll work closely with me to deliver results-driven marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
Optimise on-page content, meta tags, image alt texts, and internal links
Assist in backlink outreach and off-page SEO strategies
Track rankings and prepare monthly SEO reports using tools like GSC
2. Paid Advertising (Google & Social Media)
Set up, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
Write compelling ad copy and select visuals with the design team
Monitor performance and ROAS, adjust targeting/bidding as needed
Build weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions
3. Email Marketing
Build and send newsletters and automated flows using Omnisend / GoHighLevel
Work with content and design to ensure high open and click-through rates
Segment audiences and optimise for deliverability and conversions
Track performance and provide improvement strategies
Requirements:
0-2 years of proven experience in SEO, Paid Media, and Email Marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Familiar with email marketing tools like Omnisend or GoHighLevel
Solid understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics
Experience with reporting dashboards like Google Looker Studio or AgencyAnalytics is a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
