About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in planning, writing, and scheduling email campaigns using Klaviyo
2. Build and update automated flows such as welcome, nurture, cart abandonment, and re-engagement
3. Draft and test email content, subject lines, and designs to improve campaign performance
4. Support audience segmentation and contact list management in Klaviyo
5. Monitor key campaign metrics including open rate, click rate, and conversions
6. Compile performance reports and provide actionable insights
7. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
8. Stay updated with email marketing trends and propose new campaign ideas
Requirements:
1. Be a recent graduate or final-year student in marketing, communications, business, or related field
2. Demonstrate strong written communication skills with an interest in persuasive copywriting
3. Show basic understanding of email marketing concepts
4. Display familiarity with or willingness to learn Klaviyo and ecommerce marketing
5. Possess high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Maintain a growth mindset and willingness to build a digital marketing career
