About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Set up, configure, and maintain HANA System Replication (HSR) between primary and secondary instances.
2. Implement and manage Pacemaker clusters to ensure automated failover in case of system failure.
3. Monitor and validate high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) configurations for SAP HANA systems.
4. Perform routine SAP HANA database administration, including backups, recovery, performance tuning, and replication monitoring.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues, including database-related and replication problems.
6. Administer and support Linux environments (RHEL, SLES) commonly used for SAP landscapes.
7. Execute SAP system administration tasks such as system refreshes, transports, user administration, and patch management.
8. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure stable and secure SAP operations.
9. Maintain documentation of all configurations, procedures, and operational activities.
