About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and approach potential dealers and distributors in the Jaipur region for sanitaryware products
2. Leverage existing relationships and develop new partnerships in the building material, FMCG, or hardware sectors
3. Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
4. Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and customer preferences in the local area
5. Build strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and brand visibility
6. Ensure timely order execution and after-sales service coordination
7. Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sanitaryware, building materials, FMCG, or hardware industries
2. Strong knowledge of the Jaipur market and dealer/distributor network
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
5. Willingness to travel within the region as needed
