About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct thorough research to identify and target new leads and potential customers in the education sector
2. Connect with a minimum of 100 schools in the assigned territory and maintain consistent engagement throughout the year
3. Use multiple channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads
4. Provide detailed information to prospective students and school decision-makers about SeadNXT’s programs and offerings
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
6. Track and manage sales opportunities through the sales pipeline
7. Conduct regular visits to school heads and owners, including personal visits and shadowing team members
8. Represent SeadNXT at school conferences, associations, and professional bodies to promote the brand and establish relationships
9. Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
1. Possess a postgraduate degree, preferably in marketing and a mandatory bachelor's degree
2. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills
3. Maintain a sales-oriented, go-getter attitude with the ability to drive results
4. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
5. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
6. Have knowledge of STEM learning models
7. Preferably have experience in school sales
8. Be willing to travel extensively (100% travel required)
9. Own a personal vehicle for travel
