About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Accurately interpret spoken conversations between English and French speakers in real-time
2. Maintain a high level of fluency, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality throughout the calls
3. Handle audio and video interpretation through secure platforms
4. Work collaboratively with supervisors and QA teams to maintain quality standards
5. Adapt to various dialects, accents, and subject matter as needed
Requirements:
1. Fluency in English – both spoken and written (mandatory)
2. French language proficiency
a. B2 certification – mandatory
b. B1 certification may be considered if supported by relevant professional experience
3. Comfort with night shifts and rotational schedules
4. Ability to handle real-time voice and video calls with professionalism
5. Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Additional Notes for Applicants:
If you are a French native speaker who is not an Indian citizen, you must possess an OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card and be residing in India to be eligible for this role.
