About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop frontend web applications using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
2. Create responsive user interfaces with React.js
3. Build and test Android apps using React Native, Java, or Kotlin
4. Learn and apply mobile design best practices
5. Debug and fix frontend and mobile issues under guidance
6. Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express
7. Connect applications to PostgreSQL databases
8. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
9. Collaborate with design and product teams to implement UI/UX features
10. Work in a collaborative, agile environment with daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning
11. Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices
Requirements:
1. Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. Show genuine interest in full-stack development and eagerness to build mobile and web apps
3. Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python)
4. Possess basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
5. Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Work well in teams and possess a strong willingness to learn
7. Show hard-working attitude and adaptability
Good-to-Have:
1. Exposure to React.js or Android development (college projects included)
2. Experience using Git or GitHub for version control
3. Familiarity with PostgreSQL or any SQL database
4. Interest in cloud platforms like AWS
5. Willingness to explore tools like Docker or React Native
6. Comfort using AI-based developer tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude
