About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
2. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with individual donors, corporations, CSR partners, institutions, and philanthropic networks
3. Write compelling proposals, donor communication, and impact reports
4. Plan and manage fundraising campaigns, donor drives, events, and online initiatives
5. Collaborate with program and communications teams to create donor-aligned campaigns
6. Maintain a donor database and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals
7. Track and report fundraising KPIs regularly to leadership
8. Represent the foundation at meetings, networking events, and external forums
