About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced growth & marketing lead with a strong background in crypto and Web3 ecosystems, who can lead and execute the early-stage go-to-market and social media strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will shape how the world discovers and engages with NoFeeSwap. You’ll be working directly with the founding team to build community presence, drive early user adoption, and amplify our voice across all relevant crypto platforms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute growth strategy across social channels (X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Farcaster).
2. Manage community engagement, handle inbound inquiries, and lead outreach.
3. Develop compelling content, memes, announcements, and educational threads aligned with our brand.
4. Identify high-leverage communities, alpha groups, and distribution channels for crypto adoption.
5. Run growth experiments and optimize for key metrics (followers, engagement, waitlist signups, etc.).
6. Coordinate with founders on product launches, AMAs, early user onboarding, and viral campaigns.
7. Track market trends and competitors to adapt strategy as needed.
