About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Recruitment & talent acquisition:
1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates on hiring status
B. Onboarding & induction:
1. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions
2. Coordinate with IT and admin teams to ensure all joining formalities are completed
C. HR operations:
1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
2. Support in preparing HR letters, contracts, and policy communication
3. Track employee attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly HR reports
D. Employee engagement & culture:
1. Organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and internal events
2. Handle employee queries and assist in grievance redressal
3. Support employee feedback mechanisms and maintain a positive workplace culture
E. Performance & compliance:
1. Assist in managing performance appraisal cycles and documentation
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
3. Coordinate with the payroll/finance team for attendance and leave-related updates
