We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the finance and administrative functions of the company by preparing accurate financial reports, managing monthly accounts, and assisting with budget and payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain monthly income and expense reports using Excel.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
3. Create monthly financial summaries to support decision-making.
4. Handle salary calculations and payroll workings.
5. Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial planning.
6. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
7. Prepare and submit quarterly filing for UAE VAT (Training will be given).
8. Admin work and data entry as required.
