5. CRM Database Management: Maintain and update a CRM database to keep track of customer interactions and sales progress.
6. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, actively participating in meetings and strategy sessions.
8. Company Alignment: Understand and align with Hireyy's vision and mission, striving to meet organizational goals and objectives.
