About the Job
As a junior growth consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our sales engine by setting appointments and qualifying leads for our closers. You’ll own the front end of the sales funnel—conducting discovery (triage) calls, booking strategy calls for closers, and ensuring high-quality pipeline flow. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversations, values structure, and is driven by performance.Key Responsibilities:
A. Outbound & inbound outreach:
1. Execute daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) using our scripts
2. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads promptly
B. Triage & discovery calls:
1. Conduct 225–250 discovery/triage calls per month
2. Identify prospect pain points, budgets, decision-making authority, and fit
C. Appointment setting:
1. Book 40–60 qualified strategy calls per month for closers
2. Maintain a 47%+ conversion rate from discovery call to booked strategy call
D. CRM & reporting:
1. Accurately log all call notes, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM
2. Submit daily end-of-day (EOD) reports and update tracking sheets by 7:00 PM
E. Continuous improvement:
1. Participate in bi-weekly sales coaching and Q&A sessions.
2. Practice scripts and role-play regularly to refine your pitch and discovery process.
Qualifications & skills experience: 1 month onboarding if you’ve done similar appointment-setting; 2 months otherwise
Skills & attributes:
1. Excellent verbal communication and active listening
2. Strong resilience and ability to handle objections
3. Highly organized with an eye for detail (CRM proficiency)
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Nice to have:
1. Previous telesales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience
2. Familiarity with coaching/consulting sales cycles
