Key responsibilities:1. Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Coordinate for interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Coordinate interview schedules with Panels and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in finalizing onboarding processes for selected candidates.
5. Maintain and update candidate data in MS-Excel to track recruitment metrics and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
