About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize backend services integrating AI and machine learning models for scalability and efficiency
2. Implement and integrate Python-based AI tools following ethical AI standards to ensure transparency and reduce bias
3. Conduct unit testing, functional/system integration testing, and AI model validation for accuracy and fairness
4. Build, manage, and deploy microservices, APIs, and cloud services on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms
5. Monitor AI model performance and iterate solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions
7. Communicate AI models and backend processes clearly to stakeholders, explaining impacts and benefits
8. Stay updated with trends in AI and backend development to enhance application capabilities

Requirements:

1. Hold a BE/BTech or equivalent from a recognized university
2. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks
3. Show proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib
4. Possess strong knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java, and data structures/algorithms
5. Exhibit experience in Java Microservices and Python-based backend development, especially in integration
6. Understand multithreading, web services, database optimization, and performance tuning
7. Work with Python-based AI tools including TensorFlow, Keras, langchain, and scikit-learn
8. Implement machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, and clustering
9. Deploy machine learning models into backend applications
10. Apply ethical AI practices to minimize biases in solutions
11. Use databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
12. Operate message queuing frameworks such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ
13. Develop and manage REST/JSON/XML Web APIs
14. Utilize unit testing frameworks and code coverage tools
15. Work with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
16. Use web application security testing tools like Burp Suite
17. Display strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
18. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
19. Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
20. Collaborate effectively as a team player with a cooperative mindset
