About the Job
We’re looking for a design ninja meets automation geek- someone who can turn raw content into scroll-stopping visuals and use AI tools to generate videos that don’t just inform, but engage and convert. If you can make reels that people watch till the end and bring ideas to life with Canva, HeyGen, Kling.ai, or ElevenLabs- we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design static posts, FAQs, how-to graphics, carousels, and stories using Canva (or better)
2. Create & edit reels and shorts for Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube using AI tools like:
a. Kling.ai (AI-generated scenes)
b. Heygen (AI avatars & voiceovers)
c. ElevenLabs (voice AI)
d. Captions.ai, Canva Video, etc.
3. Repurpose long-form content into short-form snippets with hooks, transitions & platform-optimized formats
4. Collaborate with marketing to bring campaigns to life with consistent, fresh visuals
5. Build semi-automated workflows to accelerate video creation
6. Pitch creative ideas for content series, reels, and campaigns
