Key responsibilities:
A. Client Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
2. Provide timely updates on project milestones, campaign performance, and deliverables.
3. Build trust and long-term value by consistently delivering on expectations.
B. Brief Documentation & Task Management:
1. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of client briefs
2. Validate requirements with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment
3. Communicate briefs effectively to internal teams via email and project kick-off meetings
C. Project Planning & Execution:
1. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including timelines, KPIs, and quality control.
2. Coordinate across creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure on-time execution.
3. Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
D. Cross-Selling & Media Strategy:
1. Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client accounts.
2. Support strategic media planning and buying to drive ROI.
3. Collaborate on client growth plans that align with Srinergy's core service offerings.
