Key responsibilities:1. Promote Kidway's 1-to-1 live classes to potential customers
2. Engage with leads through calls, emails, and online chats to understand their needs
3. Provide information about educational services and address customer inquiries
4. Convert leads into sales by showcasing the value of Kidway's offerings
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
1. Possess proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or online learning industry
2. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Work independently and as part of a team
4. Apply strong negotiation and closing skills
