About the Job
As an 'operations associate' at Open Door, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our assessment delivery and maintaining strong relationships with schools. You will be the bridge between the internal team and school management, contributing to the efficiency and impact of our products and services.Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate and manage the complete execution of the thinking assessments' product for a group of schools.
2. Manage and improve the logistics work of assessment delivery, in coordination with the Internal team/partners and clients and partners.
3. Maintain a robust, proactive and professional communication between the open door team and school team, to enhance the experience and support during the program.
4. Prepare and work on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs and data necessary for the schools.
5. Observe, reflect and improve the efficiency of work in all aspects, individually as well as for the team, through constant upskilling and improvement.
