About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage and track the visa application lifecycle from submission to completion
2. Ensure all backend tasks and milestones are met within defined timelines
3. Maintain process logs and update internal systems as required
4. Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
5. Organize, store, and retrieve client paperwork in digital formats
6. Communicate with internal teams and escalate cases where necessary
7. Generate weekly operational reports and maintain status trackers
8. Follow up with customers via email or calls for clarification
9. Ensure smooth handover and closure of application processes
Required skill set:
1. Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
2. Excellent documentation and organizational skills
3. Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and workflow management platforms
4. Basic proficiency with AI tools for automation, summarization, or task management
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
6. Professional written and speaking communication (for process documentation and email follow-ups)
Preferred skills & background:
1. 0-1 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or process management
2. Experience handling documentation workflows in education, immigration, or service-based industries
3. Familiarity with AI tools for task automation or documentation support
4. Experience in remote work environments and collaborating across time zones
5. Fresh graduates with relevant internships and strong organizational skills may also apply

Working hours: 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm IST Monday to Friday; 1.30 pm to 06.30 pm IST on Saturdays
