About the Job
We’re looking for an operations coordinator who thrives at the intersection of coordination, people management, and on-ground execution. You’ll be the operational backbone, ensuring everything runs like clockwork between our customer support team, logistics partners, and tech workflows. From routing pickups to identifying new vendor partners, you'll drive operational efficiency while keeping quality and timelines in check.Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the customer support team for cross-functional issue resolution
2. Manage relationships with logistics vendors, drivers, and blue-collar partners to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries
3. Identify and onboard new logistics vendors in existing and new cities based on performance, pricing, and service quality
4. Handle field operations including routing optimization, live tracking, and troubleshooting on-ground issues
5. Track key operational KPIs and proactively flag delays, service gaps, or resource needs
6. Work closely with the tech and operations teams to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual overhead
7. Recommend and implement process improvements based on real-time operational insights
8. Manage daily operational tasks and ensure seamless execution of donation pickups across cities
