Key responsibilities:

You’ll be our Outreach Specialist, owning the front line of client acquisition. Every day, you’ll be handed a spreadsheet with 1000 fresh job leads. Here’s your mission:

1. Extract business names and websites from each entry
2. Visit each site to find: Email addresses and social media handles (LinkedIn, IG, Twitter, etc.)
3. Read job posts or service descriptions, then use our in-house AI prompt to create personalized messages tailored to each lead
4. Send those messages via: Email, LinkedIn DMs or InMail, Instagram or Twitter (when available)
5. Schedule personalized follow-ups every 2 days
6. Rotate sending accounts daily to avoid platform bans
7. Log all replies and updates on Slack in real-time
8. Share a daily summary of sent messages per platform

When someone’s interested, pass the lead to our Project Manager—you don’t need to talk pricing or strategy. Your job is to get them on a call, not to close the deal.

Work schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday
10 AM to 5 PM IST
Remote position (but we work like clockwork)

Who we’re looking for:

1. Excellent written English and clear communication
2. Experience in outreach, customer support, lead generation, or similar roles
3. Self-driven and accountable—you won’t be micromanaged
4. Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to craft messages
5. Knows how to use tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Zapier/n8n
6. Some knowledge of digital marketing or PR is a bonus
7. Understands safe outreach practices (no getting our domains or accounts banned)
8. Knows basic scraping or is willing to learn how to collect emails and contact info

Salary & perks:

Monthly salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: 10% commission on closed deals that started with your outreach
Performance-based raises every 6 months
