Key responsibilities:1. Conducting recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Managing the resume screening process and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Utilizing ATS and HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
4. Collaborating with operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with top companies to facilitate student placements
6. Providing support to students in preparing resumes and improving their interview skills
7. Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
