Role overview:

We’re looking for a Process Coordinator to support our Digital Marketing Team in driving structured execution across content, video editing, SEO, social media, and CRM workstreams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent follow-up habits, time management, and people coordination skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily deliverables across the digital team (SEO, content, creative, video, CRM)
2. Track project timelines, set priorities, and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
3. Work closely with editors, designers, content writers, and digital leads to resolve blockers
4. Maintain daily/weekly dashboards, reporting sheets, and update trackers
5. Schedule internal check-ins, document meeting notes, and drive action item completion
6. Create and manage SOPs and execution checklists for repeatable tasks
7. Be the go-to person for follow-ups, task reminders, and execution hygiene
8. Escalate delays or inefficiencies to leadership for resolution

Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of experience in coordination, project assistance, or marketing operations
2. Excellent time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills
3. Great written and spoken communication skills
4. Highly reliable, proactive, and organized
5. Comfortable with remote work, fast-paced environments, and multiple stakeholders
6. Tools: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, WhatsApp, Zoom, task managers like ClickUp or Trello

Preferred skills:

1. Experience in digital marketing/creative/SEO/content coordination
2. Basic understanding of social media or e-commerce operations
3. Prior startup or healthcare experience
