Key responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication

4. Coordinate video and graphic content production, including briefing, revisions, and final delivery
5. Provide regular progress updates to clients via email and chat platforms
6. Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project deadlines
7. Track project changes and manage revision requests efficiently
8. Implement quality assurance processes to minimize revision cycles and ensure consistency in creative output
9. Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards
10. Maintain organized project documentation and communication records
11. Perform thorough quality control checks on video, graphic, and website deliverables before client submission
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
