As a Python developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing intelligent components that automate, optimize, and enhance workflows across modules like sales, operations, and compliance within the Life Sciences CRM space. You’ll be working on advanced AI systems that deliver real-time intelligence and automation to a high-impact industry.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop clean, scalable code using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
2. Work with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases for data handling
3. Use AI tools like Gemini and Copilot to boost productivity
4. Build and integrate end-to-end features across CRM modules
5. Collaborate with the team in solving real-world life sciences challenges
6. Take ownership, handle pressure, and deliver within deadlines
7. Continuously self-learn and adopt new tools and frameworks
8. Participate in Agile sprints, daily standups, and planning sessions
Interview process:
Round 1 – live coding challenge (45–60 mins)

2. You may use ai tools to assist (we value smart, resourceful approaches)
Round 2 – technical + culture fit discussion
1. Discuss your coding approach, database skills, learning mindset, and how you collaborate in teams
