Key responsibilities:1. End to End Recruitment from analysing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.
2. Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).
3. Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (social media, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
