About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across sales, marketing, digital marketing, and customer experience departments
2. Draft and post engaging job descriptions tailored to specific roles
3. Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Pyjama HR, and other relevant portals
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
5. Manage interview coordination and communication between candidates and hiring managers
6. Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates and reports
7. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
8. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance QHT Clinic’s visibility as an employer of choice
9. Manage offer rollouts and coordinate onboarding with the HR team
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
2. Have 0–1 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or customer experience hiring
3. Demonstrate hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Pyjama HR, and similar job portals
4. Possess a strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment processes
5. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Manage multiple roles and work independently in a fast-paced environment
7. Preferably have experience hiring in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic services
8. Maintain a proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
