About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Join daily huddle calls to improve chat performance, learn buyer psychology, and optimize flow
2. Assist warm leads with purchase decisions, handle objections, and drop payment links.
3. Re-engage older leads and follow up persistently to maximize conversions.
4. Manage documents, scripts, and track follow-ups using provided sheets and dashboards
Pay Details:
1. Pay for Day Shift (IST hours): ₹15,000/month (fixed) + Incentives
2. Pay for Night Shift (US hours): ₹22,000/month (fixed) + IncentivesChat and close sales via DMs (Instagram/Facebook) using our proven sales system – no calls
