Key responsibilities:1. Build and refine lead-to-customer conversion strategies.
2. Set up systems (CRM, workflows, scripts) for tracking and nurturing leads.
3. Collaborate with jewellery designers to present ideas that close sales.
4. Identify sales bottlenecks and improve response time & engagement.
5. Train and guide junior sales team members (if needed).
6. Use data to optimise conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
7. Communicate with leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email in a structured, professional way.
