Key responsibilities:1. Lead visual design across brand, marketing, and product.
2. Own and evolve your design system using Figma.
3. Design motion-first content for Reels, ads, and digital campaigns.
4. Work with the product and dev teams to deliver a clean, scalable UI.
5. Create static + motion assets using Illustrator, After Effects, and Envato templates.
6. Translate business goals into creative concepts that connect with users.
7. Collaborate with social, marketing, and development teams.
8. Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
