About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Call webinar attendees to schedule 1-on-1 Clarity Sessions with Fatha Khan
2. Share session details, handle basic objections, and confirm slots
3. Call participants post-session to collect feedback and share relevant next steps
4. Record feedback accurately for internal review
5. Reach out to students who missed sessions and encourage rejoining upcoming ones
6. Troubleshoot barriers to attendance and ensure timely follow-ups
7. Make timely calls to ensure strong attendance for live webinars, masterclasses, and coaching sessions
8. Remind clients about pending dues in a professional and respectful tone
9. Share payment links and resolve basic queries
10. Handle inbound queries and resolve issues with empathy and clarity
11. Maintain CRM records and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong spoken communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is a bonus)
2. Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional tone on calls
3. Build rapport and drive action effectively
4. Be organized with strong follow-up skills
5. Show familiarity with basic CRM tools (training will be provided)
6. Possess a growth mindset and passion for people development
