About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Sending out emails on new campaigns
2. Managing inboxes for responses and making sure questions are answered
3. Documenting outreach outcomes and suggesting how to improve
4. Writing new outreach templates and reviewing them with team members
5. Collaborating on client strategy, outreach performance, and reporting
6. Engaging in online discussions and virtual meetings with colleagues on best practices for getting positive results
Requirements:
1. Can write, concisely, and persuasively in English
2. Ideally have basic of experience with cold sales and/or cold outreach (If not, then something comparable like content marketing/promotion)
3. Able to pass our writing test with flying colors - while experience with cold email is not essential, we will test your writing out as part of our hiring process
4. Can point to experience working to deadlines and handling large volumes of emails, since you'll be managing hundreds of email conversations a week
5. Have the ability to problem-solve and think creatively, but also ask questions when needed
6. Can demonstrate to us a history of being detail-oriented, organized, and communicative
7. Want a full-time remote position
8. Should be available for meetings during work hours
9. Have a stable, high-speed, fiber-optic internet connection; a webcam; and a mic
