About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Set up and optimize Meltwater platform by configuring search queries, topics, and dashboards
2. Identify relevant keywords, boolean operators, sentiment analysis settings, and source prioritization
3. Refine data collection to ensure accuracy, relevance, and actionability
4. Regularly update platform settings based on communication objectives and emerging trends
5. Conduct daily monitoring of social media mentions and online conversations
6. Identify trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for engagement
7. Set up alerts for volume spikes and sentiment shifts
8. Escalate critical findings to relevant stakeholders in real-time
9. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from Meltwater data
10. Translate raw data into actionable insights and concise summaries
11. Analyze share of voice, sentiment trends, key influencers, and thematic discussions
12. Provide strategic recommendations to improve communication and enhance public perception
