About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Instagram Strategy & Execution
. Build and implement a growth-focused content strategy aligned with brand goals.
. Plan and schedule 4 posts/week (2 Reels + 2 Carousels), along with regular Stories, Highlights & interactive features.
. Optimize content for performance and trends.
2. Content Creation & Management
. Design engaging content based on value (educational, inspirational, entertaining), product-based promotions, and timely trends.
. Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
. Set up & maintain cohesive fonts, color palettes, and IG aesthetics.
3. Community Engagement
. Engage with followers—respond to DMs, comments, and build conversations.
. Manage and grow the community through polls, AMAs, and interactive content.
4. Performance Tracking
. Monitor and report on Instagram metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
. Adjust content plans based on insights.
5. Paid Marketing (Optional, Preferred)
. Work with the founder to create and optimize Instagram Ad Campaigns.
. Drive website traffic and lead conversions through paid strategy.
6. Brand Positioning
. Establish EurekaTrips as a go-to brand in international group travel (especially for 21–39-year-old travelers).
. Work towards establishing thought leadership in the niche.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. A year of proven experience managing Instagram for a brand, preferably in travel/lifestyle/niche communities.
2. Strong portfolio of Reels, Carousels, and Stories that actually performed.
3. Eye for design – comfortable using Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps.
4. Hands-on with Instagram trends, audio, formats, and storytelling.
5. Analytical mindset – familiar with Insights and how to tweak content accordingly.
6. Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads Manager and growth marketing.
7. Highly organized, meets deadlines, and works proactively with minimal supervision.
8. Someone who genuinely loves travel and understands Gen-Z/Millennial audience tone.
