About the Job
At StayQrious, we’re turning the traditional classroom upside down. Our curriculum is project-based, and all concepts are introduced through real-world projects, eg, students making a plan for “Human survival on Mars” and through this they learn about atoms and molecules. This would require you to create exceptional lesson plans in line with PBL pedagogy. Just kidding! Lesson plans are centrally designed by our curriculum team, so you can focus on improving the students' experience.Key Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for helping a small group of kids achieve mastery in core subjects like Maths, Science, and Coding.
2. You will guide students as they work through practice activities and assignments, rather than delivering lectures or leading sessions.
3. Your role is to ensure that students understand what they are doing and develop independence in problem-solving and learning.
4. You will have regular one-to-one conversations with students to understand them and their needs better.
5. You will create a psychologically safe environment where students can share their successes and challenges openly and grow.
