About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Generating leads by cold calling 140-250 calls every day.
3. Identifying the right leads, creating a rapport with a new prospect over the phone, email, and in-person meetings.
4. Generate virtual sessions, demos, and assessments by pitching parents to take our programs.
5. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections.
6. Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
7. Going the extra mile to drive sales.
Requirements:
1. Maintain a proper work-from-home setup with a dedicated work desk.
2. Possess a working laptop/PC with a camera, mic, and headset.
3. Use a dedicated work SIM card for official use only.
4. Have a WiFi connection with a minimum 100 MBPS speed or a dongle.
5. Be comfortable with Microsoft products.
6. Ensure power backup availability.
