Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions
3. Build rapport with clients through active listening and understanding their needs
4. Update client information in the database to ensure accurate record keeping
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales
6. Provide product information and pricing details to clients in a clear and concise manner
7. Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates
