About the Job
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can:🎧 Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio + video)
🎬 Repurpose them into engaging shorts and reels for social media
💡 Understand and resonate with startup and business content
🧠 Bring creative input while sticking to brand style and tone
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
-1+ years of video editing experience
-Strong portfolio (podcasts, short-form content)
-Familiarity with modern editing styles for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
-Proficiency in any editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, etc.)
-Good communication and time management skills
-Based in Mumbai (Remote role)
🎯 What You’ll Do:
-Edit and enhance podcast episodes for YouTube/Spotify
-Create thumb-stopping reels/shorts from long-form content
-Add captions, transitions, branding, and stock elements
-Deliver content on schedule while maintaining quality
