About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Craft compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
2. Edit high-quality, story-driven videos for creators, brands, and startups—ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
3. Collaborate with content strategists and creative teams to translate concepts into dynamic visuals and seamless narratives.
4. Stay current with platform-specific trends and formats (YouTube, Reels, Shorts) to enhance content performance and audience engagement.
5. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, maintaining efficient workflows, organized files, and version control while meeting deadlines.
6. Stay up to date with the latest video editing tools and techniques, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
We’re looking for someone who’s all in.
This is a full-time role, not a side hustle. We want editors who are ready to fully immerse themselves in owning the craft, pushing creative boundaries, and growing with us. If you're just testing the waters, this isn’t the gig. But if you're ready to go all-out, we’re ready for you.
