About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Architect, build, and optimise Make.com scenarios that connect third-party services via REST APIs and webhooks ensuring reliability and scalability
2. Create and refine voice assistants for lead qualification, customer support, and data retrieval integrating them into broader automation workflows
3. Develop JavaScript or Python functions for data transformation, authentication flows, and exception handling
4. Perform end-to-end testing, monitor run logs, and resolve integration failures or latency issues
5. Produce concise technical documentation, run hand-over sessions, and deliver training where required
