About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Host live webinars & bootcamps confidently and professionally (mostly on Zoom or Google Meet).
2. Engage the audience by welcoming attendees, introducing speakers, and maintaining energy throughout the session.
3. Moderate Q&A, polls, and live chat to ensure smooth interaction between audience and trainer.
4. Present offers, call-to-actions, or next steps at the end of each session clearly and persuasively.
5. Coordinate with the trainer and technical team to manage session flow, handovers, and troubleshoot basic issues.
6. Ensure session quality by checking audio/video setup, background, and timing.
7. Provide session summaries or attendee feedback if required.
