About the Job
We’re looking for someone who loves building clean, functional, no-fuss websites using WordPress — and who doesn’t mind getting their hands a little dirty with plugins, page builders, speed issues, and "why-is-this-breaking" moments 😅This isn’t a “just install a theme and go” kind of role. You’ll be the go-to person for all things WordPress — working across websites, landing pages, performance tweaks, and client-side fixes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain WordPress websites using themes or custom setups.
2. Set up pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery, depending on the project.
3. Create and manage landing pages for various marketing campaigns.
4. Work with ACF, forms, plugins, and occasional WooCommerce configurations.
5. Optimize websites for performance, including speed and responsiveness.
6. Fix bugs, test for responsiveness, update plugins, and troubleshoot issues.
7. Collaborate with the design and content team to implement webpages.
Work style:
1. Remote-first, async-friendly.
2. You’ll get tasks and have the freedom to figure out the “how”.
3. You’ll work with creative folks who respect tech and love feedback loops.
4. We like solving problems together, but expect you to own your part fully.
