About the role:

We are looking for an individual with a strong academic background and practical experience to serve as a Research Advisor-Management. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating the research landscape of our partner institutions like KGI, significantly boosting their publication metrics, and equipping faculty and students with unparalleled research and publishing capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Research Mentoring:
Guide and nurture focused research groups (clusters) within institutions.
Provide structured, long-term mentoring to students in their research domains.
Assist in defining research questions and developing project plans.
Review and provide feedback on research proposals.
Conduct regular mentoring sessions (individual and group).

2. Manuscript Editing and Publishing Support:
Assist faculty and students in transforming research findings into publishable manuscripts.
Improve the quality, clarity, and publishability of research manuscripts.
Guide authors through journal selection and publication strategies.
Provide expert assistance in refining manuscripts for submission, including editing, formatting, and plagiarism/ethical compliance review.
Support authors in responding to reviewer comments and revisions.

Qualifications:

PhD in MBA (any stream)
MBA (any stream)
Extensive experience in academic research, mentorship, and scholarly publishing.
Strong publication record.
Subject matter expertise in academic manuscript refinement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
