About the Job
The company is looking to hire a Research Analyst, who will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the day-to-day operations of various projects deployed by the company. The candidate will also be responsible for the implementation of new projects and will be expected to provide on-the-ground feedback to improve processes. The projects vary from organizing plastic procurement from the informal sector to organizing waste collection from apartment complexes.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and field surveys for project development
2. Conduct fieldwork for business conversions (apartments, scrap shops, etc)
3. Build new partnerships for project implementation
4. Vendor management and logistics coordination for procurement of plastics
5. Ensure quality material is acquired at competitive prices in a timely fashion
6. Nurture the relationship with suppliers and clients to negotiate the best prices for the company
7. Carry out basic management tasks and maintain documentation for the same
