About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct industry and company research
2. Understand company structures and dynamics
3. Keep self-updated with market information
4. Update and maintain data and information on the internal ATS
5. Determine applicant requirements by understanding job descriptions
6. Attract applicants using job advertisements, social networking, and job sites
7. Qualify applicants and schedule interviews throughout the recruitment process
8. Assist the Team Leader or Senior Consultant in executing senior-level management mandates
9. Provide insights, market intelligence, and counsel regarding industry verticals to team members
10. Adhere to approved policies and procedures
11. Stay abreast of competition, industry practices, and recruitment business opportunities
