Key responsibilities:1. Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the GoMechanic kiosk
2. Explain GoMechanic's services such as car servicing, repairs, and insurance assistance
3. Help customers book appointments through the GoMechanic app or portal
4. Maintain daily records of leads, inquiries, and bookings
5. Upsell relevant services and ensure high customer satisfaction
6. Coordinate with garage partners for smooth service delivery
7. Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the support team
8. Maintain cleanliness and branding of the kiosk
9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned
