About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Offer personalized consultation to help customers select suitable jewellery, including engagement rings and daily wear pieces
2. Build trust and rapport with customers through transparent communication and expert knowledge of diamonds, metals, and craftsmanship
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Varniya’s product range, including new arrivals and customization options
4. Drive sales by delivering a premium, value-driven experience that promotes customer loyalty and referrals
5. Collect and maintain customer details, preferences, and feedback to nurture long-term relationships
6. Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
7. Ensure the showroom is always guest-ready by keeping displays clean, attractive, and well-organized
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in fine jewellery, fashion, or other high-involvement categories
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Hindi
3. Confidence in consultative selling and a genuine interest in customer stories and personal style
4. Passion for jewellery, fashion, or design with a strong aesthetic sense and trend awareness
5. Comfortable using digital tools like POS systems, CRM platforms, and tablets
6. Warm, professional, and service-oriented approach
Working Conditions:
1. 6-day work week, including rotational weekends and holidays
2. In-store role with direct customer interaction
