The Retail Store Executive at Sneakinn will be overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, managing drop-offs and pickups, maintaining store hygiene and presentation, handling inventory, and supporting cash transactions. The role also involves closely coordinating with the backend operations team when required.
This is a hands-on customer-facing role that demands a strong sense of ownership, communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. • Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pickups at the store.
2. • Maintain store aesthetics and cleanliness at all times.
3. • Log and manage inventory for incoming and outgoing articles.
4. • Handle payment transactions and assist with end-of-day account summaries.
5. • Follow up with customers for collections and feedback.
6. • Address basic customer grievances or escalate them when required.
7. • Work in coordination with the Store Manager and backend operations to ensure timely service delivery.
8. • Maintain clear digital and physical records of customer interactions and article status.
